I have always been passionate about keeping fit and after the birth of my second child decided to retrain as a teacher. I am a teacher of all aspects of general fitness, specializing in Pilates, Core Strength and Flexibility.

I have been teaching in the Rutland area for 16 years, working for many years with Rutland County Council and both Oakham and Uppingham Schools.  I have also taught many freelance classes throughout the county and have been teaching classes at Inspire2tri for three years. I am  also a personal trainer, specialising in people with a desire to increase their core strength and flexibility as well as general fitness and wellbeing.

I believe keeping fit should be fun and varied, and my classes concentrate on increasing cardio vascular fitness as well as toning, strength and flexibility, working all the major muscle groups.

Aerobic Tone is a general all around fitness class, taught to fun upbeat music, whilst Pilates concentrates on toning and flexibility and is taught at a slower pace. Both classes are friendly and accessible and taught to a mixed ability level.
