"Exercise without boundaries"

I have worked professionally as a Physiotherapist since 2005, in Bristol, Reading, Cambridge and for the last 8 years back in my home patch of Rutland as an NHS Physiotherapist Community Therapy Team Lead and now as an Class Rehabilitation specialist for Inspire2tri.

I have extensive experience working to rehabilitate people in our clinic environment, in group classes and in their own homes. My areas of specialism/special interest are Neurological Rehabilitation, Physiotherapy for the older person and Rehabilitation back to fitness following injury. I’m passionate about ensuring that the residents of Rutland, and surrounding areas, have access to exercise no matter what their ability, fitness levels or health status.

I have always enjoyed playing sport with first hand experience of returning to sport after a long injury break, understanding  the anxieties but also the huge rewards that this can bring. I play netball for a team in the Rutland County Netball League and since I’ve joined Inspire2tri have started running again and I’ve even been Open Water Swimming!
