"Be good to your Body!"

I qualified as a Physiotherapist in Edinburgh and have worked for 25 years in the NHS, private sector and abroad (Canada, USA). I have had the opportunity to work in a range of facilities - treating kids in the school system in Canada, cowboys in Colorado - and with a broad spectrum of conditions - setting up a dialysis rehab unit, vestibular therapy, running acute and chronic pain clinics. I left the NHS after working as an Orthopaedic Specialist in Peterborough and have spent the last 8 years in my own practice specialising in Soft Tissue Therapy.

Soft tissue therapy (STT) is the assessment and management of soft tissue injury, pain and dysfunction primarily of the neuromusculoskeletal system. It targets the muscle and fascial systems, promotes flexibility and mobility of the body's connective tissues and may provide the solution to an ache, tightness, pain, or injury. Soft tissue therapy can both maintain and develop your body’s performance.

In conjunction with soft tissue techniques and massage I teach bespoke stretching programmes, foam rollering, exercises, posture awareness and body management. You may benefit from massage and soft tissue therapy whether you are new to exercising, or are a seasoned athlete!

In 2017 I gained my Teaching Yoga to Athletes and in Sport Teachers Qualification.
