Programme Details

Goal: To improve your overall tone and fitness.

Format: A fun class format of 1hr, broken into three 20 minutes 'themed' sessions.

Programme Content: Easy to follow routines, a bit of interval work and then toning both standing and on the mat. Includes STEP, Floor Aerobics, Kettlebells, Weights and Resistance Band work.

Location: Inspire2tri's Studio Barn, Manton

Availability: Mondays 5:15 - 6:15pm

Aerobic Tone, delivered by Amanda Noble and is an innovative mixture of Step, Floor Aerobics and Strength and toning for all the major muscle groups, using kettlebells, weights, swiss balls and bands.  

Easy to follow routines and exercises, in a 3 x 20 minute interval format that gives you variety in every class using up to date techniques and equipment in a combination that will provide an all-round workout at your own level of fitness with plenty of explanations and demonstrations to help you along. And most of all, a fun way to improve your fitness and wellbeing in a beautiful, small studio environment with stunning views over the Rutland Countryside!
