Coached Indoor Turbo Class

Programme Details

Goal: To complement your existing sports or fitness training with a motivational indoor turbo based cycling session specifically suited to autumn/winter training goals. These sessions will challenge your cardio-vascular system but always with a focus on good technique.

Format: Group session of 90 mins (allow 10 mins set up & dismantle time). Turbo trainers, mats and risers generally supplied, but bring your own (clean) bike! All session are held in groups of 25 or less in our air-conditoned studio.

Programme Content: A varied session of technique work, endurance and speed work, working to your own fitness levels and personal cycling needs.

Location: Manton Studio, Tuesday 7:15 - 8:45pm, New season now in progress through to April 11th 2017.

Cost: £8.00 per 90 min class PAYG. £70 for Turbo-only prepaid set of 10 sessions (do not have to be taken sequentially but non-refundable).

 

 

 

 

 

 

The objective of these indoor turbo sessions is to supplement your existing autumn/winter sports or fitness training with a fun and challenging mix of technique, endurance and speed work to increase your aerobic and anaerobic endurance for the 2017 season ahead.

EVERY SESSION IS UNIQUELY WRITTEN AS A PERIODISED SEQUENCE LEADING YOU INTO RACE SEASON AND IS COACHED FROM THE FLOOR (Not the bike)
