What is "Sports Yoga" all about?

Sports Yoga is the missing link between yoga and sports/fitness training using yoga techniques and uniting them with sports science.It is a holistic practice that encourages body and mind awareness and connection through the breath.

Sports Yoga includes:

Sports Yoga will help you with your sport and fitness goals – enhancing athletic performance, preventing injuries and increasing flexibility. This class is for people who are involved in sport or have physically active lifestyles - it is not a beginner’s class.

Location: Manton Studio, Tuesday 6:30 - 7:30pm

Availability: Booking mandatory to guarantee your place as there are only 18 places available and we regularly waitlist.

*I am also available to do 1:2:1 sessions or small groups where I can make a bespoke yoga session tailored to the demands of your sport or fitness goals, and integrate it into a training schedule in an easy, sustainable and enjoyable way. These sessions may be for your own home practice or I can arrange regular sessions at I2T.
