Autumn/Winter Coached Turbo #10- own turbo

Tuesday, 19 December, 2017 - 7:30 pm to 9:00 pm

Goal: To complement your existing sports or fitness training with a motivational indoor turbo based cycling session specifically suited to autumn/winter training goals. These sessions will challenge your cardio-vascular system but always with a focus on good technique. Format: Group session of 90 mins (allow 10 mins set up & dismantle time). Turbo trainers, mats and risers generally supplied, but bring your own (clean) bike! All session are held in groups of 25 or less in our air-conditioned studio. Programme Content: A varied session of technique work, endurance and speed work, working to your own fitness levels and personal cycling needs. Location: Manton Studio, THURSDAY 7:00 - 8:30pm, New season of 26 sessions runs 12th October to 12th April (Christmas week excluded) Availability: Online Booking essential to guarantee your place.
