What people think of us

Turning 40 always brings about extraordinary things especially when you have had too much champagne to drink!  A great friend persuaded me to have a go at the Norfolk Super Hero Quadrathlon so I asked for a road bike for my birthday and decided i would need to learn to swim.  I could just about manage one length of front crawl or as far as I could get without having to breath!!

I started with two one to one swim coaching sessions with Mary which was a revelation.  After that I was hooked and signed up for the sports conditioning classes that are truly amazing, like nothing else I have ever done. Working on core, strength and cardio vascular these classes are almost certainly the reason for numerous running pb’s last year.

I am now five weeks into a swim session, coached by Mary, which I love and which is having extraordinary results....I can’t wait to be one of the first into transition rather than one of the last!!

Mary combines her lovely calm, patient and down to earth approach to coaching with an incredible understanding of people and why they do what they do. If you really want to get better at something quickly then Inspire2tri is the way forward.
