Programme Details

Goal: Individual tailored programme to meet your Fitness needs and goals.

Format: 30 min - 1 hour sessions, 1:2:1 or small groups.

Programme Content: Specialized tailored programmes, which may include TRX, Kettlebells, body weight, barbells, or the great outdoors to facilitate the effectiveness of training and the effort that’s put in.

Location: Inspire2tri's Studio Barn, Manton

Cost: Single session: £40 or 5 session package for £180. (Small group of 3-4 or partner discounts available).



Personal training is possibly perceived as hardcore and for those individuals that are extremely fit already… WRONG !! It can be for absolutely anyone who has the desire to improve or change any element of their body through nutrition and exercise programs.

Personal training has many different dimensions and an individuals program will be built using applicable exercises and around any sporting interest or involvement that you may have. Guidance and education is given to allow understanding of all the important aspects that will facilitate your change/ pathway in a safe and effective manor.

Whether your goals are weight loss, or to increase strength, function, stability and/or cardiovascular fitness or you just want to get back a little motivation to incorporate different styles of training and equipment, Di (and soon Dawn) are here to help you.
