1:2:1 personalised sessions in the Inspire2tri Studio & Pool Barn covering planning and coaching topics relevant to you.

These sessions are ideal for athletes who are self-coached or use generic online plans but appreciate access to an experienced Level 3 Coach "Support" on an ad-hoc basis to advise on customising and "bullet-proofing" their approach and providing a check and balance as and when it's needed to make sure you're on the right track.

It can also be a great way to stay accountable & and motivated and figure out how to rescue a plan when you've been injured or had a period of unplanned disruption, or just when things don't go as expected. You may also want to add testing & technique work onto the plan which is specific to you, but don't know exactly how to go about it.

These sessions can therefore be "stand alone" or back to back with a technique or testing session on swim, bike or run to create a one-stop-shop ad-hoc support solution.

Note: If you want to set yourself up for yearly planning then the 2hr session is the perfect initial start. Follow-ups won't normally need more than 1hr.
