Gift Certificates

Purchase Process

Purchasing a certificate is easy. There is just a little preparation to speed things up:
1) Choose the activity.. All of our classes and course are explained on this website under the relevant tabs.
2) Read the activity carefully and make sure your recipient can be available during the times that the activity is offered.
3) Decide on length of session (for bespoke swim, bike & run offerings) or number of classes for class discount cards. Costs are listed on the relevant pages and discount card options for classes can be accessed here.
4) Email me: ( with your activity selection, length of session and/or number of classes that you'd like to purchase and include a confirmation that your recipient can meet the times available. If you have any specific questions, add them into the email. Make sure you give me the recipients name (as you want it to appear on the voucher) and any message you want to add (e.g. a birthday message).
5) I will respond by email with a draft voucher for you to review  and confirm cost and payment details for you to make a bank transfer.
6) When your recipient receives the voucher, they can contact me via email or phone to arrange a session before the exipry date. If the voucher is for classes, they simply book in the usual way on the booking system and their card will be waiting for them in the studio.

Your Gift Certificate will fit in a standard long enveope when printed. It will be emailed to you in PDF or JPG format for you to print.

You will need to tell us:

* The name of your recipient exactly how you want it to appear on the voucher.

* The session(s)/ Activity for which the Gift Certificate will be used.

* A short message for the recipient (optional).

Gift certificates usually have a 3 month expiry but are extended in some cases when the certificate covers seasonal events, e.g. Open Water Swimming, Winter Turbo classes etc.
