"Getting you from rehabilitation to be in good shape to compete"

I have worked professionally as a Physiotherapist since qualifying in Wales in1999. My initial experience was in the NHS on the East Coast. I worked for 18 months with the Army in North Luffenham and now live locally in Braunston, working part-time in Leicester at the Nuffield Hospital, with a foot and ankle specialisation.

I'm a Level 1 Triathlon Coach with the Ketton Panther Junior Tri Club (Tristart through to Youth) helping to coach running & cycling and providing physiotherapy advice. I've been a Sprint Triathlete myself for the last four years and recently completed the SwimRutland 4K open water swim across Rutland Water and back; scary but very satisifying!

Since qualifying in 1999,  have practiced in NHS, Army and Private Hospital Environments.I am  a musculo-skeletal physiotherapist with a wide range of experience in rehabilitating patients from sporting injuries including post-surgical repairs and reconstructions. My special interest is in lower leg injury (especially foot and ankle) with a wealth of CPD in running and sporting injury.

I'm able to cover all aspects of musculo-skeletal Physiotherapy in any age group, and ATACP Qualified for Aquatic Physiotherapy.

My special interest is in post surgical lower limb rehabilitation from intial rehabilitation through to being back in good shape to participate or compete in sport. The new Pool Barn provides a great new environment to try new rehabilitation methodologies that will put you on that pathway to full recovery without high risk of recurrance.
