"Core Stability and Beyond!"

I qualified from St Thomas’s Hospital School of Physiotherapy in London in 1983.

Initially I specialised in Intensive Care and then switched to Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy working in the NHS and privately in London, Bristol and New Zealand for 15 years. During this time I worked with London Welsh and Wasps rugby teams for 3 years.

I had a career break when I had my 3 children and during this time trained to teach Pilates with the Australian Physiotherapy and Pilates Institute (APPI). I have taught Pilates classes at various levels for the past 15 years and continue to enjoy seeing the benefits it can bring people.

Having moved to Rutland I returned to Physiotherapy for 5 years but left the NHS in 2018 to work for myself following a new direction doing Pilates, Tai Chi and Postural Stability class work.

In my spare time I enjoy walking and cycling alongside looking after a dog, cat, husband and 2 teenage boys!
