Class Information

Restarts in late Autumn 2021 and runs through to Easter 2022. Tuesday evenings, timing to be confirmed in October 2021.
The Studio Barn, Manton. Location dependent on COVID regulations in force at the time and will be via ZOOM, Patio, Studio or a combination of these options.

£8 per 1.5hr session PAYG or £65 for a card of 10 sessions.  Payment by contactless card or bank transfer.
Turbo, riser and mat will be supplied if needed but please bring your own bike if Patio or Studio based. Online Booking essential to guarantee your place.
COVID safety measures and checks will apply. We are equipped with state of the Art UVC Air Sanitising Units to create a safe indoor environment in which to exercise.







A chance to complement your existing sports or fitness training with a motivational turbo based cycling session specifically suited to autumn/winter training goals. These sessions will challenge your cardio-vascular system, your technique and your pacing skills but always with a focus on good technique. A brilliant adjunct to Zwift rides or TrainerRoad if you need some variety and motivational real-time interaction and coaching.
These sessions have been developed and refined from experience over 8 years of delivery to mixed ability groups. Each one is uniquely written as a progressive sequence over the 6 months of late Autumn, Winter and early Spring leading into the main cycling season.
If you find "turboing alone" is difficult and you want the company of others whilst working to your own goals and capabilities then this is the Programme for you!
