Coached Turbo (Patio or ZOOM)

Programme Details

Goal: To complement your existing sports or fitness training with a motivational turbo based cycling session specifically suited to autumn/winter training goals. These sessions will challenge your cardio-vascular system, your technique and your pacing skills but always with a focus on good technique.
 
Format: 8 Covered Patio places or ZOOM session of 90 mins. Turbo trainers, mats and risers can be supplied for home use for a small deposit (TBC).
 
Programme Content: A varied session of technique work, endurance and speed work, working to your own fitness levels and personal cycling needs.
 
Location: On the patio or via ZOOM (listed separately on the booking system) TUESDAY 6:45 - 8:15pm.  October 20th to March. Note, you may join at any time but sessions are progressive and so hanging in for the whole season is good :-).
 
Availability: Online Booking essential to guarantee your place.
 
Cost: £7 PAYG by Bank Transfer or contactless if present. £60 for Turbo-only prepaid set of 10 sessions (do not have to be taken sequentially and can be shared, but non-refundable).
 
 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 
 
The objective of these turbo sessions is to supplement your existing autumn/winter sports or fitness training with a fun and challenging mix of technique, endurance and speed work to increase your aerobic and anaerobic endurance for the 2019 season ahead.
 
EVERY SESSION IS UNIQUELY WRITTEN AS A PERIODISED SEQUENCE LEADING YOU INTO RACE SEASON AND IS COACHED FROM THE FLOOR.
