Class Details

Sports Yoga is a dynamic class using yoga poses and sports science to produce a holistic practice that encourages body and mind awareness and connection through the breath. It includes a grounding practice with strength, flexibility, stability and balance poses with flow routines geared towards runners, cyclists and swimmers or general fitness improvement to:
  • Address imbalances in your body
  • Develop better posture and alignment
  • Improve Dynamic Movement
  • Reduce fatigue and support posture
How to breathe with movement and learning body awareness is key and every week there is a different theme, e.g. hips, shoulders, core. You are welcome to join me if you are involved in sport or are an athlete in training, or if you regularly attend fitness classes. Note: IT IS NOT A BEGINNERS CLASS
I can also do 1:1 or small groups of like-minded athletes to make a bespoke routine adapted to the needs of your sport or fitness goals.
Availability: Tuesday 18:30 - 19:30 to 16th October 2018, then 18:00 - 19:00 from 23rd October to 16th April, and 18:30 - 19:30 thereafter for the Spring/Summer. Online Booking mandatory to guarantee your place as there are only 18 places available and we regularly waitlist.
