Club Training, Education & Assessment Weekend

Programme Details

A one and a half day Club Workshop (usually Fri/Sat or Sun) to provide you with basic technical 'know how' across all three disciplines of triathlon and transition. Suitable for both beginners and intermediate competitors.Approx. 15hrs of coaching with Presentation folder of materials and information from the course.
 
Format: Strictly limited to 12 people. Will run with 8 minimum. Age limited to 18+
.
Location:  Inspire2tri's Studio & Pool Barn, Manton. Weather will not be a problem! We can work entirely inside the studio if needed and so no weather cancellation issues.
 
AVAILABILITY: Currently limited by COVID regulations but Club Coaches/Representatives please contact Mary to discuss your needs and ideas.
 
COST: £1,200 for total of 8-12 participants by cash, card or bank transfer. (£100 - £150 per head depending on numbers).
 
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Accommodation on Friday night is not provided but we can help you find somewhere local to stay if required. Lunch is provided on Friday but you are free to organise your own lunch on Saturday as you require. Full information (where to come, what to bring etc.) will be sent out one week ahead.

 

 

 

Thinking about Triathlon but not sure how to start?  Already done a triathlon or two but want some technical guidance and help with your race plans? Aiming for GBR Age Group but need some help along the way? We provide a friendly, informative and non threatening environment for club "away weekends" where there is no such thing as a 'stupid' question!
 
This one and a half day course for Club groups of 8-12  will provide you with all the key essentials of triathlon skills from technical knowledge in each discipline to practical experience of swim, bike & run and the key elements of training effectively as well as much more!
