Programme Details

Goal: Join us for a great aerobic workout that will boost your mood, strengthen your heart muscle, increase stamina and relieve tension.
 
Format:  A classic cardio workout. It's lasted for decades for a simple reason: It delivers results. The "step" is a 4-inch to 12-inch raised platform. You step up, around, and down from the platform in different patterns to boost your heart rate and breathing, and strengthen your muscles. No special coordination needed - beginners VERY welcome and we will teach you the moves!
 
Location: Inspire2tri's Studio Barn, Manton
 
Availability: Wednesday 5:45 - 6:45 from November 2019  (Perfect in combo with Kettles afterwards!). Booking online 
 
Cost: Pay as you go, £7,  Multiple class discount schemes available.

It's great fun and if you want to add some strength work just book in for the "double" with kettlersize immediately afterwards!
