COVID safety measures and checks will apply for on-site classes. We are equipped with state of the Art UVC Air Sanitising Units to create a safe indoor environment in which to exercise and will continue to socially distance in all of our outdoor areas.
 

 

Personal training is for absolutely anyone who has the desire to improve or change any element of their body through nutrition and exercise programs.
 
Whether your goals are weight loss, or to increase strength, flexibility, stability and/or cardiovascular fitness then Dawn is here to help you.

If your answer is yes to to one or more of the above questions then you may really benefit from Personal Training with us.Specialized tailored programmes, may include TRX, Kettlebells, body weight, barbells, or the great outdoors on our wonderful patio to facilitate the effectiveness of training and the effort that’s put in.
 
We currently offer 30 min - 1 hour sessions as 1:2:1 or in 1:2:2 bubble/family group whilst COVID restrictions apply.
