Is it suited to you?

This approach is designed for shorter distance athletes who want a formal monthly plan in addition to mentor support. Whether you are an experienced athlete aiming for Age Group representation or a novice wanting to enjoy the experience of disciplined coaching, you will receive a training plan based on YOUR level of experience, goals & aspirations, weekly availability and strengths and weaknesses. I will keep a critical eye to review your progress and keep you "true" on the path to your goals and help you to manage injury or other plan disruption and keep you motivated Note: You are  recommended to have regular Sports Massage and Physiotherapist support if you have a history of injury to minimise your risk of injury or downtime. These can be of your own choice or provided through our experienced team, working together to keep you fit and functional.
