Note: If you want to set yourself up for yearly planning then the 2hr session is the perfect initial start. Follow-ups won't normally need more than 1hr.

1:2:1 personalised sessions in the Inspire2tri Studio & Pool Barn covering planning and coaching topics relevant to you.
These sessions are ideal for athletes who are self-coached or use generic online plans but appreciate access to an experienced Level 3 Coach "Support" on an ad-hoc basis to advise on customising and "bullet-proofing" their approach and providing a check and balance as and when it's needed to make sure you're on the right track.
It can also be a great way to stay accountable & and motivated and figure out how to rescue a plan when you've been injured or had a period of unplanned disruption, or just when things don't go as expected.
