We start with a Physiotherapy led assessment of your injury, identifying areas of weakness, tightness and asymmetry that may impact the way in which you run and your susceptability to injury. This is followed with a Treadmill Video Assessment of your Running form in Studio and Pool (intensity and duration subject to injury status) and specifically, how this is impacted by your functional analysis and how we can productively suggest improvements that will help with both rehabilitation to a competitive level and injury free running in future.
