We offer coached group sessions to give you lots of food for thought on run technique in the very popular "Big Picture" workshop, or in-depth personalised technical analysis to help you avoid (or recover from) injury and run faster and more efficiently. And whether you are a serious runner wanting a recovery session; a fun runner who wants a lower impact workout, or a run/walker returning from injury then you can create your own run (or walk) session in the Endless Pool on our state of the art underwater treadmills.
