Open Water Swim Season News

Open Water Swimming is in full swing! Book from the Open Water Swimming Activity tab above for Sunday morning 8-10am, Thursday evening 6-7:30pm and ad hoc club places on a Tuesday night for competitive or sportif frontcrawl swimmers. Water is warming up fast at 18C now and the sun is shining!

Sports & Fitness Options

You can now book Treadmill Run/Walk, Pool Video Technique, Sports Conditioning and Kettlebells with Mary and various triathlon workshop options. All current Fitness & Sports options are on EOLA. Just have a look under the Activities tab for info and direct links to book. There are no mandatory memberships and you can buy class passes to come to a class for just £5 for the hour!

Summer activities for Older & Clinically Vulnerable

The parasols are out and the bespoke Exercise Trail and Gym is in use! We have 23 weekly classes with seated/standing options in the Studio and Active options outside (weather permitting). Just go to the Activities tab and follow the link "Classes for older and clinically vulnerable clients" for more information. Please bear with us; we are receiving a HUGE amount of requests to join and cannot do "drop in visits". We will respond to you as quickly as we can, but we do have a waitlist so please be patient as it may take a couple of weeks to get you into classes.
