Our Core Values

Underlying safety is a consistent theme throughout our operations. During COVID we invested in hospital grade UVC air cleansing equipment that we still run today in the studio to maintain a clean enviroment. Other key safety equipment includes a mobile defibrillator, spine board and panic alarm. Our Open Water Swim delivery is Beyond Swim endorsed (BTF)  and our pool is quality assured monthly via an independent test company. All of our staff are trained in First Aid and qualified and insured for everything that they do.

From car park to studio to pool, we have tried to make our facilities as accessible as possible for all of our clients. When you arrive there are rails on our walkways and a level entry from the roadside. The studio flooring is single level throughout. On entering the pool we have a mobile hoist and pool-based wheelchair to ensure you can enter and leave the pool safely if needed. Both toliet and shower rooms are disability friendly with handrails, seats and braille signs.

In 2013 we gained an "Environmentally Aware Trading Certificate" from our insurers; Naturesave. From our self sustaining sedum roof, to heating and cooling the pool with a reversing heat pump from 100% renewable sources and gym equipment that generates it's own electricity as you exercise, we try to operate as sustainably and ecologically as possible. Our sewage system runs through an Environment Agency permited septic tank and all of our cleaning chemicals are environmentally friendly.
