Classes & Workshops for older & clinically vulnerable adults

Using a combination of the Studio and the Rainbow Trail & Buttercup outdoor gym, we provide a variety of seated and active classes for gaining and maintaining fitness. We partner with the Rutland Primary Care Network and Active Rutland to offer Exercise Referral for a variety of clinical conditions. Our emphasis is not just on exercise, but on Community and Friendship. We also run courses for rehab and prehab so have a look below for current options!
