Aquatic & Land Based Physiotherapy

Alison is a Chartered Physiotherapist (MCSP) registerested with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) and also a member of the Manipulative Association of Chartered Physiotherapists, and Aquatic Therapy Association of Chartered Physiotherapists (ATACP). Experienced in orthopaedic practice since 1999, Alison specialises in older populations. From land based physiotherapy for rehab and prehab in our private studio, to water based aquatic therapy in our landmark Endless Pool.

Alison leads specialist Aquatic Mobility within the Inspire2tri Pool Barn. With a water temperature of 31c the objective of these sessions are to build your strength, confidence and ease joint pain with a gentle, enjoyable workout at your own pace and to your own need. All with the benefit of a warmer water environment and a qualified Physiotherapist.

Alison provides private studio based Physiotherapy Appointments tailored to the older exerciser. Initial appointments are 1hr with 45 minute follow ups as required.
