Open Water Swimming

A 1hr small group coached session designed for anyone over 15yrs of age new to open water swimming. Whether you are planning a sportive, triathlon or you're just interested in Open Water swimming for health and fitness.

A Tuesday evening Performance Club of 12 sessions from May to August for triathletes and sportif swimmers run by Mary & Darren from May to August. Bringing varied pool training sessions to Open Water with a great club atmosphere.

Starting 12th May; an early Sunday morning swim at our beautiful new Whitwell venue from the Harbour Bay Cafe. With new courses up to 1,200m we offer something to suit both sports and reacreational swimmers from 8 years of age.

A 1.5hr evening swim on Thursday and Tuesday starting in mid Summer. Same great venue and changing facilities but with a slightly shorter evening course. Open to all swimmers from age 8+ (with adult). Note: more sessions to be added soon for Aug/Sept.

A 1hr small group coached session for juniors aged 8-15 years. Swimmers are grouped by experience and ability to make sure that everyone has fun and learns about safe open water swimming or racing.

We partner with Rocket Science Sports UK to both hire and sell the amazingly good value ONE Series Wetsuits. These are "Breastroke Friendly" full neoprene suits with Comfort Fit & T-Shirt Neck. Men's, Women's and Youth's available. A great entry level suit for both Swimming and Triathlon.
